By car, only 10 min to UMass. Some events are organized by the leasing office such as BBQ day, hot chocolate in the morning, walk around the neighbor, etc. Highly recommended. Spaces are getting filled up super quick.

There is one bus line 31 right in front of the apartment complex. There are pizza restaurant, liquor store, dunkin donut, and subway sandwich nearby.
